Description:
Creative designer, writer and packaging for marketing materials
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have above average creative writing skills with the ability to research market data, based on given parameters. He or she will have a good eye for layout and clean lines, have a creative thinking process and be solution oriented.
Software Capabilities:
The candidate should have at their disposal and should have an in-depth knowledge of the following software packages:
In Design (preferably CS4)
Adobe Illustrator (preferably CS4)
Photoshop (preferably CS4)
Acrobat Pro (9 / CS4)
Microsoft Office
The candidate should also have a working knowledge of web software such as Dreamweaver,
Familiarity with Articulate, or other similar software an asset.
General:
Must have the ability to work under time constraints and be a good listener with creative solution based thinking.
Tasks will include mostly marketing packages, while additional work such as marketing pieces, web related, marketing materials etc will also be included.
Must have good people skills with the ability to work well with others and be flexible.
Remuneration will commence with piecework until such time as the position develops into full time.
